Channel 4’s new series is now re-visiting selected properties. One of the properties chosen was Hunters House, Dalton, which was part of the RuralFX Pheasants Farm development completed in 2005 and for which they won an award with West Lancs Council for ‘Best Conversion’.

Good interest has been shown throughout the Winter months but most purchasers have had a related sale. RuralFX have acknowledged this situation and consequently shown flexibility in the asking prices. However in the last couple of weeks, presumably influenced by the lambs jumping in the fields and the daffodils peeking through, buyers have been filtering through who have now sold! And although offers have been received at the initial asking prices, canny purchasers who are in a position to proceed are now taking advantage of the reduced prices.
