Well after struggling with the wet and windy weather and the moans and groans from the builders resembling drowned rats we are actually still on schedule!

The plumbers and electricians have made an appearance armed with thermals and woolly hats and so first fix has begun. Yippee!….This is the most exciting stage of the development for me where the internals begin to evolve into stimulating spaces and I can see clearly how they are coming together to create an adhesive whole.

Only when we decided to redesign our website that we realised how dated our old one was. We are really overwhelmed with the outcome and we hope you agree that the whole design and presentation expresses the core of our business.....'a design led property development company'. We have begun our advertising in Concept for Living, April issue and are continuing into May also advertising in Lancashire Life. We have already begun receiving enquiries which are in addition to those from ’07. We are again astonished as to the amount of interest in our development especially from those of you who have been following our company.

And, at last I can actually say that the brochures will be ready to go out the first week in April!! They will show layouts of the site together with internal layouts of each of the four barns, The Gin-Ring Barn, The Farrow, Hoggett barn and The Old Dairy.
The images shown are from previous developments which give you confidence in the standard of workmanship and above all in the level of design of our properties. Your expectations will be exceeded by Burrow Heights! Not only is the location fabulous but the barns are amazing…

Due to the amount of interest shown for a short time only we will be offering the barns for sale off plan. As explained in our last newsletter we, RuralFX are in essence a design company where every stage of the build and fit out is controlled by ourselves and not the customers. Our New Addition
No its not a baby… or a dog! We have now known Sally Wood since she ran her own estate agency in Wigan 17 years ago. Sally has agreed to manage our sales and marketing and is a welcome addition to the team.
