Channel 4 have finally informed us of a provisional date when the ‘Relocation, Relocation’ programme is to be aired… 3rd January 2007. Hopefully it won’t be re-scheduled! They have told us they will inform us if it is and we will pass on any changes through a newsletter.

It will be great to see the house again as it seems so long ago that we won the award for our Pheasants Farm development. It was only last year!

Although the producer asked me to be on the filming the day the couple moved in, I humbly declined so you won’t see me on the show just in case you were wondering!

Roebuck Farm at Goosnargh

Well we weren’t too far off our planned June finish. It was actually August when the last tradesman left site. It must have been the lovely warm sunshine and RuralFX being a great company to work for that delayed everyone from leaving sooner!

The development looks amazing. Even better than Pheasants Farm but I’m bound to say that…

Seriously though we’ve had an overwhelming response and all comments have been positive. Most viewers find it difficult to say which they like the best as each is so different. The internal spaces and existing features are so unique in both barns.

A sale on Drovers Barn is due to complete early January and we don’t think Roebuck Barn will be far behind. RuralFX now has an international following. We have recently received a serious enquiry on Drovers from a couple who currently live in a New York Penthouse looking to relocate back into the North West. They were extremely impressed with the photos on the website and are now considering coming over for a viewing.
