After a very busy 2005 Susan and Chris, the directors of RuralFX, look back on the completed Pheasants Farm development with much fulfilment.

Under their guidance, Malc the site manager, has created a stunning development of 3 very individual barn conversions in just under 12 months. Regan and Hallworth launched the properties for sale in Autumn with an overwhelming response. Gamekeepers Barn, the showhome, sold within weeks and the new occupants have just enjoyed their first Christmas in Dalton. Poachers Barn completed this month, leaving just Hunters House for sale. This is now the new showhome and looks amazing.

Rural FX are very excited about the Roebuck Farm development in Goosnargh.

Garside Waddingham, the estate agents were astounded by the quantity and quality of enquiries to this development. The first sale is progressing already. Meadow Barn was sold off plan using Pheasants Farm as the ‘showhome’.

Despite a considerable amount of bad weather since building work began, this development is due to ‘top out’ this month, on schedule. Let’s get the beer out!!

It was judged to be the best conversion in West Lancs. The judges complemented RuralFX on their, ‘Imaginative integration of contemporary materials with the old’.Both Susan and Chris attended the award ceremony. They both felt though that credit for the award should be shared with their architect. He recently commented that, "Susan and Chris are like domestic clients, taking so much care and attention over every aspect of the design process."
