Susan receives a call from Channel 4!

Relocation, Relocation’s researchers were on the hunt for properties in the North West for a couple who want to relocate from London. They looked initially at our Goosnargh development but quickly on seeing our website were impressed with the shots of  Hunters House, the last remaining property at Pheasants Farm.

On viewing, the producer knew that it met all the criteria and was amazed at the design. He said, ‘ Don’t sell it before filming next week!’. (We had a sneaky suspiscion that it was going to be selected as one of the five!!). The day was perfect for filming. Probably the only sunny day we’ve had this year.

Kirstie Allsopp said, ‘Wow’ on entering the house.

There were smiles all round……………

Will the couple buy? We’ll let you know in the next newsletter together with the date the programme will be aired on TV.

Susan and Chris are hot on the trail of future developments so watch this space! Or if you know of anywhere that has potential of being RuralFX’ed then please let us know…

Roebuck Farm  at Goosnargh

Our estate agents, Garside Waddingham have just told me that they have run out of brochures due to high demand. It must be a good sign.

We decided not to get the beer out on ‘topping out’ in January as we were feeling a little pessimistic about the effect of the wet weather. However, despite a few set backs we are now moving along quite nicely. The properties are sealed up and there are less complaints from the tradesmen about being cold! Even the decorators have made an appearance. We are still struggling with the mud but are more or less on track to finish in June.
